Adam Baker has been with Goldblum Sablowsky since 2018.
Born, raised, and educated in Western Pennsylvania, Adam maintains close ties to the communities that have shaped his career. He received a B.A. in Psychology with Honors from Westminster College of New Wilmington, PA, and a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law. After graduation, he passed the Pennsylvania and Missouri Bars, practicing for several years in association with multiple firms and corporate entities in Kansas City, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Adam now represents small to mid-sized businesses, families, and individuals throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His corporate practice focuses primarily on business formation, contracts, mergers/acquisitions, domestication, and dissolution. For private individuals and families, he deals heavily in real estate, estate planning, personal agreements, and the enforcement thereof. Specialized areas of expertise include Website Terms & Conditions, Cryptocurrency Regulations at the State and Federal Levels, Wills, Trusts, and Corporate Compliance.
Adam enjoys bad jokes, good drinks, and live music. He lives in the North Hills with his wife Christine and their rambunctious young daughter.
